These terms govern purchases from Nteak Studio (Nteak Studio, India). By placing a prepaid order you agree to them. For privacy under the DPDP Act, see our Privacy policy.
All orders are prepaid. Title in goods passes on dispatch after successful payment capture. Prices displayed include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise; GST invoice issues on capture.
Wood, finish, and handmade pieces vary slightly. Photographs and dimensions are guides; natural grain, joinery, and patina are part of the piece. Unique antiques are sold as documented and may not leave India where noted on the listing.
Delivery estimates are indicative. Risk of loss passes on handover to the courier unless we arrange insured carriage and state otherwise. See Shipping for carriers and free-shipping thresholds.
We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. Transit damage or manufacturing fault may qualify for replacement after review — see Replacements.
You are responsible for accurate shipping and GST details. Track prepaid orders via Track order or your Account. Invoices are available on the order page after payment capture.
Paid consultations and custom commissions follow the brief and fee confirmed in writing. Custom deposits are non-refundable once work or sourcing has begun, unless we cancel.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
