Nteak Studio (Nteak Studio, New Delhi, India) is a Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We process personal data only as needed to run the store and fulfil prepaid orders.

What we collect

• Account identity — name, email, phone (when you sign up or checkout)
• Shipping addresses and optional GSTIN for invoices
• Order, payment reference, and delivery / AWB data
• Support messages and grievance filings
• Device / analytics signals when you consent to marketing pixels

Why we process it

To take prepaid payment, ship goods, issue GST invoices, provide tracking, handle replacements, prevent fraud, and improve the shop. Marketing cookies / pixels (Meta, Google) run only with separate, withdrawable consent.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or erasure of personal data, or withdraw marketing consent, by emailing info@nteakstudio.com. Order records we must keep for tax or dispute reasons may be retained as required by law. See also Grievance and Terms.
